NESCAFÉ pick-me-ups Terms and Conditions

  1. Offer open to UK residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of employees of Nestlé UK Ltd, their families, agents or anyone associated with the administration of this promotion.
  2. Bean tokens will be printed on promotional jars of NESCAFÉ Original, NESCAFÉ Gold Blend, on jars of NESCAFÉ Original Half Caff, NESCAFÉ Original Decaff, NESCAFÉ Gold Blend Half Caff, NESCAFÉ Gold Blend Decaff and NESCAFÉ Fine Blend. Each jar carries a single token, but with a value of 1, 2, 3 or 5 Beans. Bean tokens may be saved and exchanged for NESCAFÉ pick-me-ups. A full list of NESCAFÉ pick-me-ups rewards and number of Bean tokens required for each reward is displayed at www.nescafe-pickmeups.co.uk, and will also be made available to consumers calling Nestlé Consumer Services on freephone 0800 58 57 59.
  3. A maximum of 2 x “starter” Bean tokens (Bean tokens found within NESCAFÉ pick-me-ups promotional leaflets) per redemption will be accepted.
  4. A maximum of two free Bean tokens from the on-line collector card will be accepted per redemption.
  5. Bean tokens cannot be exchanged in whole or in part for cash.
  6. Bean tokens that have been altered, amended, defaced, damaged or copied are invalid.
  7. Bean tokens will be issued on a time-limited basis, but the promoter may, at its discretion, extend the time within which Bean tokens may be redeemed. Closing date for the redemption of the current issue of Bean tokens is 31st December 2008. We will not accept expired Beans.
  8. We cannot accept bulk applications from the trade or any consumer group or third party applications.
  9. No responsibility is accepted for applications lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting does not constitute proof of receipt.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the stated items with alternatives of equal or greater value.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend, suspend or terminate the promotion, in whole or in part, at any time giving three months notice, even though these changes may affect the NESCAFÉ pick-me-ups range that may be offered, or the number of Bean tokens that may be required, or the time after which any issue of Bean tokens may cease to be valid.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any application that is believed to be in breach of the offer Terms and Conditions.
  13. Redemption collector cards and further information are available at www.nescafe-pickmeups.co.uk or by telephoning Nestlé Consumer Services on freephone 0800 58 57 59.
  14. Send your application with the appropriate number of Bean tokens, together with a cheque or postal order, for the required postage contribution, made payable to Nestlé UK Ltd, to NESCAFÉ pick-me-ups, PO Box 3, Diss, Norfolk IP98 1HH.
  15. NESCAFÉ pick-me-ups will be despatched to UK addresses only.
  16. Please allow 28 days for delivery from receipt of application.
  17. Further purchases are necessary and Bean tokens need to be retained in order to exchange these against offers and rewards.
  18. We cannot accept applications that are sent without a cheque for the correct postage amount.
  19. Decision of Promoter in all matters is final and binding. The Promoter, Nestlé UK Ltd, (NESCAFÉ) shall not be liable for any loss, damage or liability caused by matters relating to this offer.

Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. Free prize draw open to UK and ROI residents only, aged 18 and over, with the exception of employees of Nestlé UK Ltd, their families, agents or anyone associated with the administration of this promotion.
  2. No purchase necessary.
  3. Entry to the draw is free and entries must be on the official entry form in the NESCAFÉ pick-me-ups magazine.
  4. Entry limited to one per person.
  5. Closing date for receipt of entries 30/12/08.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry that is believed to be in breach of the offer Terms and Conditions.
  7. We cannot accept any consumer group or third party entries.
  8. Ten prizes to be won. Each winner receives one Brother sewing machine for four people worth £68.95.
  9. The winning entry will be selected at random from all entries received by the closing date and in presence of an independent person.
  10. The winner will be notified by post within 4 weeks of the closing date. The name, town and county of the Brother sewing machine winners will be made available after 01/01/09, to anyone sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope marked “Results” to NESCAFÉ pick-me-ups Sewing Machine Prize Draw, PO Box 3, Diss, Norfolk IP98 1HH.
  11. Prizes will be sent to the winners by post.
